Daily Court Lists

The Daily Court Lists online service provides information about upcoming criminal and family proceedings in the Ontario Court of Justice. These lists may include the case name, hearing time, courtroom number, and reason for the appearance.

Please note that not all proceedings are included. Matters dealt with in writing, cases added after the list is published, and proceedings subject to legal or court-ordered access restrictions may not appear. Youth matters under the Youth Criminal Justice Act are also excluded. Weekend and statutory holiday (WASH) criminal court lists are not published.

The Daily Court Lists do not include Provincial Offences Act (POA) matters. For information about POA proceedings, please contact the appropriate municipal court office. If a POA matter is being heard by an Ontario Court of Justice judge, contact the provincial court office for assistance.

If you believe a proceeding is currently taking place but does not appear on the Daily Court List, please contact the local courthouse staff. Courthouse locations, contact details, service hours, and other information are available through the Ontario court locations and courthouse information services.

The Search for Ontario Court of Justice Cases Online service provides a convenient way to find information about eligible active adult criminal cases in the Ontario Court of Justice. Using the online search tool, you can quickly access available case information and review important details about a proceeding.

Your Case Details:

Find essential information about your case in one place. Depending on the information available, you may be able to view the case title, Ontario Court of Justice Information number, next hearing type, and scheduled hearing date.

Court Location:

Identify the court location where your case is being heard. Court location information can help you determine which courthouse to contact for additional information or assistance regarding your proceeding.

Upcoming Hearings:

Stay informed about your upcoming hearings by checking the next available hearing date and hearing type. This can help you keep track of scheduled appearances and important court dates.

Cases can be searched using different types of information, including:

Type of case:

     •  Name of a person involved in the case

     •  Year of birth of an accused person

     •  Ontario Court of Justice Information number

     •  Location of the courthouse where the case is being heard

The search tool is designed to provide information about active adult criminal cases. Available case information may change as proceedings are updated.

What Cases Are Included?

The online search service provides information for eligible active criminal cases that have:

   •  A future court date

   •  A court date within the previous seven days
   •  A bench warrant issued within the past five years

Cases that do not meet these criteria may not appear in the online search results.

Secure Access with ONe-key

Access to the online case search tool requires a ONe-key account, Ontario’s secure sign-in service for government programs and services. Users can register for a ONe-key account to access the available court case information
